Always solves our health problems!. We've been going to Dr. Gigante for five years and feel that he is the best Internist we've ever had. He always knows what to do to get us back on track and on the road to a healthy life. Last year, he saved my husband's life by diagnosing an extremely serious condition when my husband had no known symptoms. He just went in for a blood test prior to his annual physical. Dr. Gigante was on the phone that afternoon apprising him of his need for further tests. He followed through to see that he had the best specialists in the South to solve a very complicated situation. My husband is back to being extremely healthy due to the expert care of Dr. Gigante. We're very grateful to him!

A Doctor who cares!!!!!. Dr Gigante has been my family doctor since I move to Hilton Head Island in 2007. I chose him because I am a type 2 diabetic and it was apparent that he was very up-to-date on Treatment options. He remains current on the subject and with his help I have been able to keep my sugar levels very close or in some periods of time within normal ranges. In order to do this I feel you need a caring doctor who gives you good advice and then you need to follow that advice. I feel that Dr Gigante meets all these qualifications and that my all health needs are in very competent hands. The bonus in going to Dr Gigante is that he is truly a nice person and his support staff are all friendly and competent.

Great Doctor. Dr. Gigante has been a great GP for my husband and I. After moving here we just chose his name and hoped for the best. We were very pleasantly surprised. He is very professional and caring. Thorough and precise, we feel like we can trust him to give us an exam that we can feel confident in. When ever a need arises he is always able to make room to see us and that is very important to us. We highly reccomend his services to anyone looking for a new Physician.

A truly knowledgable & caring Doctor. I have been a patient of Dr. Gigante for years. As an ederly person I have begun to have problems that come with aging. Dr. Gigante has been patient and kind in finding a way to help. Recently when I visited him he informed me he had learned a new way to treat my problem. He carefully explained what to expect and suggested if this didn't work he would send me to someone with more expertise in this matter. It worked only because this doctor cares enough to constantly be learning new things to help his patients. I have never been left waiting for an appointment esp. if I needed one ASAP. He has my trust and respect and I look forward to aging with confidence with him as my doctor.

Arrogant and rude ... find someone else!. There are a lot better doctors in the area. I would suggest staying away from this one. Gigante is arrogant, unfeeling, and not competent especially when it comes to treating his elderly patients. . I've heard more negative comments (even from other doctors) about this guy on Hilton Head Island than positive ones. Do yourself a favor and find someone more compassionate and competent.

totally digital doc!. Love him. He has a fun personality and can really make you feel better, just because he listens to you and wants to hear your problems. Nice guy.
