Cannot say enough great things about FIESTA FRESH!. First of all, this place is a not-so-well-kept Island secret! It's on New Orleans Road, in the back parking lot of an inconspicuous-looking office building. But once inside, you will see that the place is bright and clean, the staff are VERY friendly and professional, the food is prepared quickly and it's affordable and delicious! I'm lucky enough to work not far from the restaurant, but it's also perfect if you're heading back on Pope Avenue from the beach!

The menu is varied and everything is full of flavor (but not full of fat). The offerings are also varied and I have yet to try something I don't love.. although my favorite is the Mexican sandwich.

Fiesta Fresh is everything that a restaurant should be - not just a Mexican restaurant, but any kind!

Best Affordable Mexican Faire on the Island!. We LOVE Fiesta Fresh! Hilton Head is really lacking in good mexican food. We just moved here from Michigan, and were disappointed with many places we tried. The food is excellent, fresh, no frills, and filling. The prices are affordable, the service is VERY friendly, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. My husband loves their tacos, and I'm quite partial to the guacamole burrito...although I think next time I'm going to try their chicken taco salad (it sounded delicious).

I would recommend this place to anyone...it's family friendly, great to eat-in, or carry out (which we often do).

excellent service, excellent food. The food was most excellent. They have three kinds of fresh salsa which are very tasty. My favorite item they had was the guacamole. The prices are very reasonable. I am a vegetarian, and I was able to find many choices on the menu that were suitable. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely go back again. The only thing I would change about this place is that it were bigger, and had more seating options. I didn't have a problem finding seating when I went, but there were only 4 or 5 tables with chairs, and the rest were high tables with bar stools.

Fresh - That's no Lie!!!. Excellent Mexican-American Restaurant. Quick No Frills Counter Service. Great For breakfast, lunch or a simple dinner after the beach. Serve cold beer and sangria.

User review by dumbledorium. The food is delicious - very fresh. Their guacamole burritos are to die for. The fresh condiment area is amazing - fresh chopped cilantro, several different salsas, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and the service is good. It's a very busy place. I eat there many times every time I'm in Hilton Head.
