I recently experienced a wonderful few hours at Seeds Of Calm Spa. I first had acupuncture facial rejuvenation with Amy. I'm a regular client of acupuncture back home but have never had this particular treatment. It was surprisingly relaxing and the very small needles she used on my face were painless. She also incorporated a body treatment as well. I am very pleased with the results and am going to try to find someone back home with whom I can continue these treatments. I then received a 90 minute four-handed massage with both Amy and Dorine. It was amazing! I've had lots of massages before but this was a completely different kind of experience. I don't think I've ever felt so pampered. If you really want to give yourself something special, I would highly recommend this treatment! I wish this spa were located in my town but when I come to Hilton Head again, this will be one of my first stops!

I returned to Seeds of Calm Spa for a second visit and it was as enjoyable as my first. The facial with DeAnne made my skin feel clean and youthful, the massage by Dorine left me relaxed and able to move my muscles much more easily. I definitely recommend Seeds of Calm Spa for a girls get-together or a private pampering experience.

Seeds of Calm Spa was the best massage experience I have ever noticed. The masseuse was actually concerned about me as a person, and she made that obvious through her awesome, detailed technique and the calming conversation I had with her at the end. I spent an hour with her for a regular massage with foot reflexology and many of the knots that I've had for years are since gone! I would definitely come back to Seeds of Calm whenever I am in town because I had exquisite service and a truly healing experience. Thanks!

My experience at Seeds of calm spa was nothing less than phenomenal. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. She knew exactly what I needed and addressed all of my issue areas without even being told. She was able to tell by my bodies response to her pressure what was necessary. She utilized various methods to ensure I received exactly what would work for a particular concern. What a professional in her craft with a warm, caring, genuine personality that really lends to the overall extraordinary experience. I left and told my husband it was, by far, the best massage I have ever had. And I have probably had close to a hundred. This is the place to go for all your spa and relation needs. Get treated with care and expertise at Seeds of calm, I can't wait to go back!

I had a very pleasant experience at the Seeds of Calm. My massage therapist, Arleth, was very kind and conscientious. I was timid about having a massage and she was very thoughtful and considerate.

This is the place for a massage - deep tissue, reflexology - this massage has it all and was wonderful! The price can't be beat -$85 for a full hour massage that you can have tailored just to the way you like it. I'll definitely be back and would rate the massage and spa 5 out of 5 stars.

I visited Seeds of Calm for the first time on 9-25-12. It was my first ever trip to the spa, and I doubt it could have gone better!!

I am a tween-soon-to-be-teen, and my skin is... less than ideal. I am constantly discovering new blemishes, which is frustrating and just plain annoying. I also inherited a genetic skin condition, which was worsened by my undiscovered gluten allergy. When I headed to Seeds of Calm with my mother, I was hoping for something- anything- to help keep my blemishes at bay.

What I received was that and then some. I asked for the teen facial, which I hoped would help with my overbearing acne. It took about 45 minutes, and it was absolutely wonderful! When I finished, my skin was glowing with health. It looked MUCH better than normal, and I was immensely pleased.

After the facial, I headed downstairs for a mani-pedi. I got a gorgeous French manicure from DeAnn, as well as an electric azure, glittering pedicure. Both turned out gorgeously!

Aside from the fabulous services, the women were fantastic!!! Dorine and DeAnn were extremely kind, and funny as well. I couldn't stop laughing!

At the end of our visit, Dorine photographed my hands and feet for her Facebook page. I was a model! ( ;-D) Overall, I would DEFINITELY return to Seeds of Calm. It was definitely a calming experience!

My mother and I went to have manicures/pedicures before my wedding. I have to say it was the best spa experience I have ever had! These ladies were fun, professional, caring, and detailed. We had the best time!! I will definitely go again when I'm back in the area :-)

I have had the best therapeutic massage at Seeds of Calm Spa. I have had massage all over the world and the massage here tops all. I have chronic injuries to my neck and back and have found tremendous relief with the two

therapists I have used here. Thank you very much for helping me every time.

Best massage I've EVER had! I've been getting massages and physical therapy for my back for over 20 years and I have never fallen asleep during one. The spa is such a peaceful place and the massage was like no other, I felt like I drifted away from my body. It was amazing. Dorine has the perfect combination of an expert masseuse and a mother's healing touch, that is the only way to describe it. It was as if I could feel her heart really into healing my pain. You can't find that anywhere else. I wish I lived closer to visit more frequently but my husband and I will definitely be returning, he can't wait to personally experience this place I have not stopped telling everyone about. Scheduling off hour treatments was also very easy and impressive. You will not be disappointed here.
