If you have ever wanted to find what it is like to have a personal shopper who can dress you head to toe, you need to check out Patricia's of Hilton Head at the Village at Wexford in Hilton Head Island, SC.
They carry a little bit of everything from Sportswear to Eveningwear in sizes 2-26.

Great Service!. I was shopping for a semi formal outfit for a wedding & ended up at Patricia's after many trips to the department stores. The staff was very helpful suggesting different items, bringing me things I wouldn't have picked for myself. I was very impressed with their genuine interest & caring. Idon't buy many dressy clothes so I needed the help!
