Excellent Choice. After a bad experience at Charlie's L'Etoile Verte across the street, our evening at Michael Anthony's was a pleasant surprise. Friendly service, accomodating - they coooked up something off the menu for one of our guests who is vegetarian - great wine selection, and great, great food. Even the bread is delectable. All 5 of us will go back anytime.

A great little Italian place!. The dinner was fantastic. The service was attentive, polite, and helpful.

My family enjoyed every dish at the table, and I have to say the tiramisu was superb!

Hilton Head's Best Kept Secret!. My husband and I have been visiting Hilton Head for many years and have a home there. We wanted to try a different restaurant and discovered this restaurant on the internet. Well, the food was great! We had fish that was fresh and tasty. We had a salad that was out of this world. The service was excellent. The waitress was very attentive. This has to be HH's best kept secret. We loved it.
