The renovations at the Pope avenue location are complete and the place is looking great. The wait staff are always friendly and the lunch specials are the best around.

Each visit to New York City Pizza is such a pleasure. I am always greeted with a smile and Hello! My family loves the pizza and my little guy loves the spaghetti and meatballs. The atmosphere is great and those that work there truly seem to be happy with their job. I really enjoy when I can take time to sit and watch them make the pizza, talk with Amanda and Pat and just have a great time. Cheers to New York City Pizza!

I grew up in a very Italian area of Brooklyn and know great pizza when it is served. At NYC Pizza the thin crust pizza is excellent. Their lunch specials are also excellent. I highly recommend the place, with one exception - the crust on their thick crust (i.e., Sicilian) pizza needs to be crispier.

Having been born and raised in the New York metropolitan area I honestly feel that this is the most authentic New York style pizza you will find in the Lowcountry. Their pastas and other entrees are also fantastic. The staff is courteous, helpful and very friendly. Highly recommended!

Rude Manager!. We ordered a pizza that was made with a watery tomato sauce (Margarita Pizza) with four small pieces of basil, some globs of cheese and oil floating on top. It looked unappetizing and when I picked up a slice the sauce and toppings slid off. The waitress had the nerve to ask if we had ever ordered this kind of pizza before - like yea but it never looked like that! We returned the full pizza only to have the manager tell us that we still had to pay it! No apologizies for the awful pizza, just the manager telling us that he had to cover the cost of his products. He was completely rude and did not care one bit about customer satisfaction. Will never go there again and recommend that you don't go there either!

worst lasagna EVER. Holy hypertension! This was, hands Down , the worst lasagna EVER. It was so salty I had to send it back, the calamari was almost raw, the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks was so salty I felt like I coud drink a gallon of water. What a tremendous waste of time and money!!!!

BAIT GRADE TOPPINGS. New York Attitude....bait my hook with better toppings‎ - ‎ -

It is my pleaseure and duty to warn you of this slop. Calimari was rubbery bait grade that made me puke...New York Attitude ..pizza happens here occasionally ..mine was slopped to one side with all of the toppings crammed in the corner and the manager lied when he said he would replace the order at a later time. ..don't waste your time or money

The best food!!!. I think NYC Pizza has THE best food in Hilton Head island! I loove that place! They have good atmosphere, awesome food, good workers!
