Loved my first visit. I loved my first trip to Faces. My husband and I recently moved here, and I needed to find a place for my facials. Faces lived up to their great reputation. Also, I loved that I can save on my next facial if I book before I leave. In this economy, that is a big help to support my habit.

A great place to relax. Every time I'm on hilton head I go to faces. They have a great staff and amazing services. I've been to a lot of spas in my time, and this one really knows how to make you relax.

Very Pleasant Experience. My wife and I were recently in Hilton Head for a couples retreat. Our hotel highly recommended Faces Day Spa. We had a couples massage and it was a great experience. We really enjoyed our massage and the therapists were terrific! We are looking forward to our next visit to Hilton Head Island and Faces.

A Day at the spa. My friend and I went to Faces for a girl's day. We had massages, facials and pedicures. The services were so relaxing. The girl doing my facial recommended skin care products for me to take home and use. The products have cleared my skin up!! I was so excited, I have had problem skin forever! Thanks FACES! Also, what is great is I can order my products online, since I don't live in Hilton Head

Condescending & Unfriendly. My daughter made appointments for her bridesmaids on her wedding day several months in advance. She was assured that there would be a table for her to serve champagne and make the morning festive. When she arrived, there was no table, instead the group was continuously "shushed" and made to feel unwelcome. The FACES Spa knew this was a group of young women about to be in a wedding. Luckily the mood of the spa did not spoil the beautiful day. I would not recommend this spa.

Best Pedicure on the Island. As a local here on Hilton Head I have tried all the spas and continue to return to Faces. They seem to have the most comprehensive and informed staff. No matter what service I have received, I have always felt pampered everytime. I have also received great follow up care with skin care suggestions and regimines, that really worked, and I have never felt like they just wanted to sell me products. I generally see Renee' for her Pedicure Plus, which is a traditional pedicure with the addition of 20 minutes of reflexology. I'm so relaxed afterward, and have become a monthly client. So whether you are looking for the best pedicure or the best facial you can trust you are in good hands at Faces.

Best Value and Service. Since I first started coming to Hilton Head, the spa business has really grown. Almost every resort has a plush new beautiful spa. Although tempted to visit them, I can't resist the personal service I receive at FACES as well as the amount of pampering and professionalism I receive for the price. Every year I see the same staff - and that says a lot about what a great place it must be to work - and they remember me as well. If possible, book ahead as they stay busy, and arrive early to be able to get in the relaxation mode. Their Signature Skin facial is the best on the island and the Patty's Peppermint Scub is the best pick me up. For a real treat splurge on the pedicure w/ reflexology.

My Great Escape. Living in the cities of Seattle and Boston has shown me great spas but FACES is a great hideaway from the hustle and bustle of life. I got the Golf Widow's Revenge package and it was the best day of relaxation I ever had!!! My body, head to toe, felt like it was on a cloud. They also have a great shopping area where I was able to get some things to take back to remind me of my experience.

Highly NOT recommended. As a visitor to the island I went to Faces for the first time and can easily say I will not return. My esthetician was extremely condescending. Coming from Chicago I am used to people being somewhat unfriendly; it ordinarily does not bother me; what does bother me is poor service. I have been to numerous spas throughout the country and have never been treated as poorly. When paying my bill I was asked how I enjoyed my services, I said it left much to be desired. Surprisingly she did not probe to the reason behind the unsatisfactory service; you have to wonder why even ask? To top it all off I was charged 20% more than I should have been. When I said this was not the price listed in the price menu the response was simply this is what the esthetician said I should charge you.

In short, if you want subpar spa services at 20% more than you thought you would pay and an apathetic staff I would visit Faces.
