Favorite New Place

Our server went out of way to make us feel welcome. We started with the tomato dill soup and baked brie appetizer and both were fabulous. I had the babyback ribs (which were the best I ever had) and my friend had the filet which was cooked perfectly. The wine list was limited but had several good values. Our dessert were delicious and obviously homemade. We cannot wait to go back for lunch.
- Pros: Very romantic ambience
Don't be fooled

When I hear the name Truffles I think of a wonderful french restaurant. Sorry to say that is not the case here. On first view the white table clothes and white-shirted waiters make you think you are in for a treat, not so. Welcome to a bad Applebees. The food is pedestrian at best. The appetizers appear to be the "freezer-to-fryer" variety. The pizza seems to be the microwave kind. Worst french onion soup I have ever had anywhere. In Bluffton you can find better dinner and better lunch places for less money. What a waste.
- Pros: Good for kids
- Cons: Lousy food
