Owner is Rude and Unprofessional

With my wedding taking place in Hilton Head, I brought this company a lot of business over a two day period including a combination of manicures and pedicures for 8 women and wedding day hair for 3 women. One of the owners, Paula Biondo, was incredibly disrespectful to my family and friends and behaved in a very unprofessional manner. Because she was unwilling to give any kind of discount, I found coupons in a local magazine for the pedicures. An employee working in the salon did not understand how the coupon worked and incorrectly gave my friend a discount. Not only did Paula yell at her employee while we were still trying to enjoy our day at the spa, but she expected my friend to pay the difference of the incorrectly applied coupon. It was a mistake that her employee made and yet somehow it was our fault. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional and ruined any type of relaxation gained from the experience. In addition, she yelled at one my friends for answering a cell phone in the salon. There was not sign posted and instead of asking politely she decided it was better to yell at a paying customer and cause a scene. I will never again visit this salon or recommend there services, which is a shame considering that the work was very good.

They combine skill with care and friendly atmosphere making it both fun and theraputic.Check them out you will be glad.

• Pros: easy to find,plenty of parking,not expensive menu,bilingual
• Cons: no evenings or sunday hours

Paula Biondo is a gifted massage therapist who is both knowledgeable and masterful at helping your

body relax and release. i highly recommend her to anyone who truly appreciates great body work.
